Class sizes are kept small (not just small ratios), so that each student is able receive the attention they need and deserve. Learning is supported at each child's own pace, academically, social-emotionally, and physically. Small classes allow for individual attention. We are able to help every student expand their knowledge, develop new skills, and experience learning in ways that fit who they are.

While the public schools scramble to retain gym class funding and the arts, Ko12 Elementary students are on the move every day! Research shows that movement helps students retain learning. Ko12 Kids get "Structure and Play, throughout the day." In other words, students get multiple sessions of study interspersed with multiple sessions of play in a large playroom located just outside of each classroom door. Students also attend music, dance, and art classes. These are all critical elements of whole child development.

We deliver a unique blend of instructional techniques that engages the whole person. Ko12 students develop a love of learning. They graduate with confidence in themselves and with the skills to develop friendships. They also have advanced academic abilities.

Curricular activities include project-based learning and real-world experiences. We also incorporate traditional teaching methods to prepare students when they transition to an ordinary school.
